Once we’ve determined that Mind Over Muscle is for you, we can schedule your first session.
One session will get you started, but the more you learn the better you’ll be at applying the Mind Over Muscle concepts to your daily life. Click here for a sample of program options for new students.
Training with Mind Over Muscle is not a silver bullet, but rather an investment in building a strong foundation for health and vitality. Coming to sessions with Laura once a week may help you feel better in the short-term, but we all want long-term results. This takes dedication, awareness, and a bit of daily practice.
