    I would recommend Laura to anyone. She has done an incredible job and I will continue to work with her! I was impressed with Laura’s ability to pick up on the root causes of my issues and develop a training plan to get them corrected. Having the guided practice helps me feel confident that I am on the right track when I practice at home. I had posture issues from sitting too much and my previous solution was run or bike more… but that didn’t help. I needed Laura’s guidance to help “discover” how to function normally again. I wish I had gotten her help sooner!
